The proposed terms for using rikoko and its connected tools.
Service scope
rikoko provides a website and tools for agent-assisted video workflows. Features shown as unavailable are not active services. Open-source software is governed by its distributed license; model providers and host agents have separate terms.
Accounts and your content
Protect your account and credentials. Submit only material you are authorized to use, including the necessary permissions for faces, voices, music and brands. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs; submitting content does not transfer ownership to rikoko. Any processing permission must be limited to delivering the requested service.
Outputs, charges and changes
AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for publication. Review them and applicable provider restrictions before use. No ownership, exclusivity or commercial clearance is guaranteed. Prices, renewals, cancellation and refund terms must be presented before a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The final operator details and effective date will be published before these draft terms take effect.

For privacy requests, billing questions or content reports, email contact@rikoko.ai. Include enough information to identify your request, but never send passwords, API keys or payment card details. The legal operator’s registered name and address remain to be confirmed before these policies take effect.
