How information is handled when you use rikoko.
Information and purposes
Depending on the features you use, information may include account details, technical request logs and the media or prompts you submit. These categories support sign-in, requested processing, troubleshooting and service security. The online trial currently does not accept uploads or generation requests.
Connected services
When enabled, sign-in uses Clerk. A locally installed rikoko MCP can send inputs to the model providers configured by you or your host agent; local installation does not mean every operation stays on your device. Review those providers’ privacy and retention terms before submitting personal or confidential material. Hosted processing locations, provider retention and any training use must be disclosed before the relevant cloud feature launches.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to ask about consent and sharing. Available rights depend on applicable law and may include portability and withdrawal of consent. Brazilian users can consult the ANPD guidance linked below. Identity verification may be needed; legal retention duties may limit deletion. Specific retention periods and legal bases remain to be confirmed in the final policy.
